Rose House

Rose House is a 16th-century, Grade II listed building that we transformed from a derelict office block into a beautifully restored four-bedroom home.

The Project

The project involved a full three-storey refurbishment, removing unsympathetic office alterations and reinstating the building’s original character.

Historic sash windows were restored, and original brickwork was repaired and repointed using traditional lime mortars. Damaged sections were rebuilt using reclaimed materials to match the existing fabric.

The Work

Internally, the layout was completely reconfigured to create a practical, modern family home while remaining sensitive to the building’s heritage.

Externally, landscaping and courtyard works were carried out to complete the setting and improve usability.

The Result

Rose House demonstrates our expertise in listed building restoration, combining traditional craftsmanship with high-quality modern construction to bring historic buildings back to life.
